everyone thinks buffy died after jumping through glory's potal, but she's been in hiding bc of scars

I think this is after buffy jumps through glory's portal. Everyone thinks she's dead. Years later spike is working for the council and is sent on a mission to find a woman who might be a slayer. He goes there and meets up with clem.. wins a kitten in poker, and eventually meets up with buffy. She's been in hiding all this time because she has scars from the portal .. does this sound familiar?

Actually.. it might not be glory's portal.. it might be something else after chosen.. because I seem to remember spike saying something like buffy was THE slayer. . So it must have been after all the potentials were called.
