I had found it there too but had thought that not all the pages were archived. Originally I went into chapter 1 and was hitting the >> link for the subsequent chapters but it said chapter 3 wasn't archived. But, if you select Chapter 3 from that initial chapter list you have linked to, it does go to it. I clicked through to Chapter 19 and every time it said it didn't have the chapter it worked if I went through the original chapter link. I haven't tested all of them yet, but if people have that problem this may work.

EDIT: OK, I've been through it now. All the chapter links work apart from a handful and for each of those the >> link within the previous chapter works instead so it is all accessible.

Yes. I went through all the chapters before I posted the link. I switched back and forth between using the links on the chapter list and hitting >>, though, so I didn't realize that sometimes it didn't work both ways. I did access all the chapters, though.

I have a print copy downloaded from here years ago if you want it.
