Post Chosen fic, where Spike survived and only the amulet could support his life.

Hi, I'm looking for post Chosen fic, where Spike survived final battle, but he was much damaged and only the amulet could support his life. Buffy don't know about him. They have meeting seven years after the battle in England. Accidentally Buffy breaks the amulet and Spike's life begins to fade. But happy end. I can't write more, because I have trouble with spoken and writing English – this is foreign language for me - but I'm good in reading in the English and greatly I love this. Please help me to find this fic.
