I am looking for a fic that I read that I can only remember a little bit. Spike breaks into the Watcher Council and steals books that have information about the Aurelius vampires. He also find information about a slayer he killed whose watcher was Quentin Travers. Thank you for any help

It might be this one - The Power of Three (Will Set You Free) by Puppet. The part you mentioned is in Chapter 5.
