		Because Buffy abandoned her after she was born, bowing to scoobie peer pressure. I think there was mention of self harm (dousing a cigarette on her arm?) not really a fluffy fic, so probably season 6. There was something about an apocalypse as well, but the girl wouldn't give them answers until they had all shown some specific emotions or...something? That's about all I can remember, I know it's a bit vague but we are all awesome at remembering random spuffy fanfic facts TIA.
