Are there any stories that feature Buffy getting captured by the Initiative?

i.e. Buffy and Spike are both held captive by the Initiative and must work together to escape/survive.

I'd prefer stories that include the following:

Completed.

Not AH.

Not post Chosen/NFA.

Not too fluffy.

Rated NC-17.

Well written and paced.

I have several in which that happens for brief periods, but it's not the entire focus of the story. In "Boy Good" they are both imprisoned for a while, and I have one other one in which they are captured and made to fight, but I will be double-dammed if I can find it or remember the title. Also set during season 4, of course. Aside from those two, I think all the others where the Initiative is involved it is mostly Buffy who's captured and Spike and the Scoobies rescue her.
