I've looked through the my saved fics and tried searching with mo luck, here's what I remember:
-Buffy is pregnant by unknown means with Spikes baby
-they failed to defeat the first and everyone died except Buffy, Spike, and Andrew who are now traveling north in a post-apocalyptic world
-they stop overnight at a Walmart and Buffy fights a demon who turns out to just be protecting her babies
-they take an abandoned hummer from the parking lot
-they end up going north to Seattle (I think?) to some kind of headquarters
