I am looking for a story that buffy turns into a vampire and her and spike claim each other and after the spell breaks she is sensitive to light and she needed a blood transfusion .spike if he drink from her can stand in the daylight .that is all i can remember.

It could be Blood That Binds by Behind Blue Eyes, but I don't remember the standing in daylight part in that.
