I think this story was Spuffy, and Spike was a good guy or atleast not Buffy enemy, he saw Parker with another woman at the Bronze and accused him of sleeping with his 13yo sister loudly and the woman leaves and everyone in the club believes his lower than scum. Please help me find it because its driving me crazy!!!

AHA! Found it (I think ). I think you are looking for Fix You by Enigmaticblue, the Parker scene is in Chapter 6.
