Buffy and Spike have a mind Lincoln spell

Hi does anyone know this series, Spike comes back I think it is Series 4 or 5, he has been given a spell it similar by a demon and this links him to Buffy. There is a prophecy and I think they have a baby. I think the demons name was Apollyon or something like that.

It's been a while, but I think that might be the Linkverse series by Dee Bradfield.
