I read this story once where Buffy and Spike hook up in season 2 but he still leaves and Buffy becomes pregnant. Later Spike comes back in Lovers Walk and see's Buffy jumping rope in the library but realizes she's pregnant. I would really appreciate if somebody could help me out. It's driving me crazy that I cant remember it!
