Spike saves Joyce; he senses the aneurysm and prevents it by drinking from her

Hi all!

I'm looking for a story I read before. What stuck with me about it was that Spike saves Joyce's life by biting her. He senses the aneurysm and prevents it by drinking from her.

Any ideas?

Spike saves Joyce from aneurysm

Okay, I have read too many fics to remember which one this scene is from:

It's season 5, I think Spike and Buffy are already together because Spike is sleeping upstairs in the Summers house. He wakes up because he can smell the blood from Joyce's aneurysm getting ready to burst. So he rushes downstairs(naked), I think just as Joyce passes out, and realizing what's happening uses his fangs to slice open her head to relieve the pressure. Obviously, he saves the day and she survives.

I can't for the life of me remember what fic this is or anything else about the fic. This scene has been stuck in my head for the last week. Someone help. Thanks!
