Tabula Rasa- No one gets their memories back

I'm looking for a story set during Tabula Rasa. Instead of stepping on the crystal, Xander kicks it into a corner. Giles and Anya end up together as do Buffy and Spike (of course). When they figure out how to get their memories back, there is a vote and everyone votes to stay the way they are. At the end of the story Clem finds the crystal and takes it with him.
