Buffy challenges and claims ownership of Spike's soul

I'm looking for a post-Chosen fic about Buffy challenging and claiming ownership of Spike's soul to get him back. It plays out like there's a legal clause and she claims that because Spike got his soul for her or pledged his life to her, she gets to do with him what she pleases... or something like that. Does that sound familiar to anyone?
