Buffy is the daughter of a dragon?

I've read a story somewhere where Buffy I think is the daughter of a dragon and she's way old and her father has given her this sword which is legendary.

She meets Giles who is a watcher in sunnydale and Spike is part of the gang.

I think a battle happens and Buffy calls her 'boys' which turn out to be the four horsemen of the apocalypse.

Any ideas?
