Buffy and Gunn go undercover

Hi, the fic I'm looking for featured Buffy & Gunn as partners in some sort of cop/gov't organization. They go undercover, working for Spike who is supposed to be this possibly mob-ed up person.

All the specifics I can remember are: that Buffy and Gunn's cover is that they are dating, Angel seems to be a more dangerous threat or a higher up to Spike and there is a scene where Spike takes Lorne outside and has him shot while Buffy secretly watches.
