Buffy in Boarding School/Spike Headmaster

I read this fic several years ago. Back when I was reading it, it was a WIP. It was rarely updated so I am assuming that it is still a WIP but it had twenty something chapters. Going to keep searching but figured if I posted now I might get someone who knows what story I'm talking about and respond.

Buffy is human and she is at boarding school. Spike is the headmaster. There is a ton of adult scenes and it is very BDSM themed.

I can't for the life of me remember the title or even a little bit of the title.

I do know that the author was green something...and she had her own site although the fic was posted in multiple places.

Anyone remember this?? If you do help would be appreciated! Thank you guys so much!

It has a new chapter (27) - even with an evil cliffhanger regarding the way it ended.
She did only update her own side it seems; but she has an Yahoo Group for updates (she announced it at her LJ too).

It's a WIP; the last chapter was updated Sept. 13th according to her LJ.
