I'm trying to remember the name of this fic. Buffy and Spike are married and trying to have a baby, then Dru re-enters the picture and blackmails Spike into leaving Buffy (I think Dru had a baby with Spike that she never told him about and threatens to hurt the kid if he doesn't leave buffy or something like that)....anyway Buffy ends up pregnant with twins.
