After Spike died on the Hellmouth, Buffy let herself be killed by vamps and the PTB gets in the way

So basically, the first part is set after season 7 (i think thatsthe last season >.< ) but while mourning for Spike, Buffy goes patrolling one night and vamps kill her, Buffy being totally dead inside, allows herself to be killed to be with him

Then the PTB come in, they decide to give past Buffy and Spike their memories around the time that Spike has Willow do the love spell, the change the "tree's" (Willow's) spell and they get their memories back (Spike and Buffy)

I have been looking for this story for months and haven't been able to find it!

Thanks to those that know what the story is called!
