I have been looking for this as well...I think I can offer more clues. Spike and Xander are best friends, Buffy has always crushed on Spike, Spike has been away for a few years and comes back for Xander's wedding. Buffy has grown up and he is really attracted to her now. I think she tries to act indifferent to him at first.

Besides the coat scene (which I believes takes place at like the rehearsal dinner or something to do with the wedding,) I believe there is a miniature golf scene...

I thought the title had something to do with London, but I am not sure about that.
