Buffy broken back

I'm looking for a fic where a new woman shows up in town and somehow charms Spike. She may be a turned slayer and/or a vamp with a soul. Anyway, this woman, Spike, and Buffy are in a graveyard; Buffy gets ambushed, thrown against something, and breaks her back. She expects Spike to help her, but he, instead, helps the other woman. The other woman invited him in, but he realizes he needs to be with Buffy. I seem to recall either a glamour spell or a thrall of sort to get Spike to do her bidding. I'm almost certain it is on TSR, but none of the search terms I have used are finding the fic. Any help would be appreciated.

Summary: Buffy has a horrible accident and is paralyzed from the waist down. A series of events leads to Spike moving into the Summers' house to take care of Buffy. Remember ... she hates him. Right?

On second thought I don't think that is the right one. This one Buffy's back is broken in an accident when she gets hit by a car. Gonna have to keep looking I guess.

Is it,"Beneath You", by AJ Hofacre? Spike is quite taken with another woman but she's put a glamour on him. He doesn't realize She's actually a vampire queen. The only thing is, it's not finished, but still an excellent read.
