Buffy kind of crazy, found and taken care of by Spike and Dru...

All I remember is that Spike and Dru found a crazed Buffy, they took her to a hotel and took care of her....I think at one point Buffy becomes lucid and thanks Spike for taking care of her and he promises not to leave her

I know it is vague, but it is all I can remember
