oh damn- I think I've read this. It was really big on the claiming? and at one point she makes him first cookies, then Jello to prove she means it? and they figure out the claiming thing as a possible way to stay together even after the spell with Giles' help? and then they break the spell, she forgets but he doesn't, he has to start over wooing her and wait? well, that was the one I read, anyway.
