Hi!

I'm looking for S6 stories that go off canon somewhere between Smashed and As You Were. I've noticed that sometimes the fanon makes Buffy's behaviour worse that in the actual canon - there are some decent moments between Spike and Buffy, such as Spike helping Dawn in Wrecked, the beginnings of Dead Things and As You Were where they talk etc.

Also, anything where Tara is sort of a matchmaker - she helps Buffy feel better about herself and her relationship with Spike after Buffy breaks down in front of her.

Summary: Mid-Season Six.

Buffy has a tiny little accident during patrol. She accepts Spike's offer to help her, but doesn't realize that offer encompasses much more than her wounded ankle until she is already chained up to the ceiling of the lower level of his crypt. It is now up to her to decide if she'll help herself, or not.
