Spike is a rock star, Buffy is a stripper, Dawn is their daughter, Xander is Buffy's bro

So in this fanfic I have been looking for for a LOOOONG time, Xander and Spike are best friends, and Buffy was Xander's little sister who was completely in love with Spike.
Spike and Xander started a rock band and became famous. One night while visiting her brother in LA, Buffy met Spike, but he didn't recognize her and they had a one night stand.
A few years later, she has a little girl named Dawn and is working as a stripper, Spike hasn't forgotten her and wishes he could find the girl he fell for.
Him and Xander go to Sunnydale and drop by the strip club, only to find Xander's baby sister and Spike's dream girl is the same person

I believe it's "It's just my life" by spikegirl you're looking for. You can read it right here. But Dawn isn't Buffy's daughter in this fic, she's her sister. Spuffy have a daughter called Emma in this one though.

been asked and answered several times. You really should do a search first. I am tired of seeing the same "looking for" fics showing up over and over.

Really? This specific search? Because I don't recall this specific search. General 'Spike is a rocker' or 'Buffy is a stripper' fic recs requests, but not this specific 'looking for a particular fic I can't find' search request. There are so many going back a long while now so I guess it's easy to forget or miss it.

For what it's worth, I have never had any success in searching for a fic, found or otherwise. I try various words and phrases and always get the same failure message. I am totally dependent on ya'll for finding a fic for me. And I can never thank all of you enough for what you do for the Spuffyverse.
