Spike buys house

I'm looking for a fic in which Spike gets a house and has some spell on it so that EVERYONE has to be invited to get in. That's the only specific detail I remember... I'm not quite sure if he and Buffy are together at that point. Happy Hunting!

I don't know if this is the one you are looking for but he does get a house in this and thru use of a human and some mojo it is kept cloaked and prevents entry by other vampires.

I think it is A Penny For Your... by jackofspikes

It's a great story and in chapter 32 Spike buys a house from Willy. The previous owner was a demon, who put a spell on the house, which was activated by a drop of blood from the new owner. The story can be found here on TSR.

Prophesies and Fate, by ZoeGrace?
Angelus has the Scoobies fooled into thinking that Buffy was killed by the Master, but he has really kidnapped her and sells her as a sex slave to demons. Spike arrives at the mansion, claims Buffy and kills Angelus. Angel is brought back by W & H, and convinces the Scoobies that Spike is responsible for Buffy's disapearance. Meanwhile, Spike has bought a house in SD, and he and Buffy take revenge on the demons who bought time with her. With Angel's help, the Scoobies "rescue" Buffy from Spike, and magically lock her into her mother's house.

It's a WIP, but ends in a satisfactory place.
