Spike breaks into Buffy's room. Tells her he has her mom (maybe giles too). Kinda encourages sex between them. It happens. Ends happily. Mom and Giles not imprisioned.

I´ll take a guess. Could it be "Something in it" by Annapurna_2? It´s here on SR. Spike however doesn't have Buffy´s mom or Giles imprisoned, but Angel, the rest fits.

Summary:
Spike makes Buffy an offer she can't refuse. Set in Season 2, around the time of "What's My Line – Part 1." Then it...um...goes a bit AU.
