AU High school fic about Buffy and Spike in which they are friends. Loss of virginity fic

I am looking for an AU fic that i read on this website about a year ago. In this story Buffy and Spike are both in high school and are best friends. Buffy is a virgin and does not want to be and asks spike, who is not a virgin, to help her. He is in love with her and reluctantly agrees to do it. Spike helps get Buffy ready before doing the deed by doing other things first. During this time Buffy begins to question her feelings for Spike and realizes she loved him. They eventually let each other know about their feelings and end up as a couple. The story is realtively short, about 5 or 6 chapters or so. I would really appreciate any help with this as it has been driving me NUTS!

It sounds to me like "Because" by Holly, which I think she took down and turned into original fiction.

Thanks for the help everyone! I am not positive but I think I remember the word "friend" being in the title. I might be wrong but figured I would put that out there to see if it sparks any ideas.

Summary: Buffy and Spike have been best friends since fourth grade. They have been through everything together, well almost. I would like a copy of it.. Sounds like a good story but I dont think it was the one I was looking for. In the one I am looking for spike wasn't a virgin but was already in love with Buffy.

Thanks for the no expectations fic. Started reading it and it is great but not the one I was looking for. This one ends pretty much after Buffy and spike have sex. It the story buffys feelings begin to change as spike prepares her for losing her virginity. When the day comes that they planned to do it Buffy says she can't because she loves him and he confesses his feelings for her.

They spend several days with him "teaching" her stuff. On the big day, Buffy backs out, tells him she loves him, he reciprocates. 5 chapters total.

Summary: Buffy and Spike have been best friends since kindergarten; they've been through the best and worst of times, which makes it obvious to Buffy that Spike ought to be the one to whom she loses her virginity.
