I''m looking for a story where Buffy is chasing after some warlock and chases him to L.A. where she meets some contacts and one of them is Spike! Only he doesn't remember her. I think it's a Post NFA or after the First Evil, I'm not too sure.

Anyways, he lives in a hotel with a group of immortals, a couple and another chick who is his girlfriend. Towards the end they discover he has a tattoo on his back and his girlfriend betrays the group with the warlock.

It's not post NFA, this one takes off while/after Spike's in Africa - His painful memory of Buffy 's completely removed, and he starts a new life with a group of people with special gifts and has a vampire girlfriend named Tasha. Spike has a tattoo on his back which was a result of the memories removal spell he received in africa. It's a tattoo of a name of the person he doesn't remember knowing, "Buffy Summers"
