Season 5/ Spike paralyze after killing Ben to protect (Annie/Dawn) the key?

Annie/Dawn that's her name is a baby, but still the key Spike kills Ben because he was in his human form the chip in Spike head paralyze him waist down he is getting some feeling back at the end. In the end Buffy was in college Spike watch the baby why she at school they had a apartment and Annie/Dawn called Spike daddy she was learning to walk. That's all I can remember.

I cann't remeber the fic, but I thik I might have some details on it.
Is the first chapter where she does the memory spell, and later Spike was caught on camera snapping Ben's neck. Then they had to recuse his from the morgue.
Anya and Xander have to come over to watch the Dawn while Buffy goes out partoling. And Spike says something like I'm OK.
