Spike has memory loss and special powers

Set sometime after the end of the series, Spike is brought back to life by some villain. He can't remember anything except for Buffy's face, so he becomes obsessed with painting huge portraits of her all over a city. He also came back with a special kind of thrall that draws everyone to him without him even trying. Does anyone know the fic I'm talking about?

Its "The Color of Devotion" by Rikki Oko. She was rewriting it and its down from most archives.

OK guys you've kind of irked me here, someone above posted that this author took their storys offline to rework them and a quick search by me found said author's website and they even removed it from their own website noting the reason....So why would you post links here for pages retrieve through the wayback machine program or a similar program????
