Spuffy fic about keeping the balance

Hi, I am looking for a fic which involved Spike as the key figure having to make a choice about whether to let good or evil prevail or to keep the balance. I think angels came to Sunnydale as part of a fight before Spike has to make the decision and some bad guys also come and try to kill him. Any ideas? Thanks.

Summary:The Forces of Good and Evil are balancing the books. The threat of a new Armageddon is keeping the Scoobies busy, but Buffy has other things on her mind...This is fic stands alone, but it might be more enjoyable if you read the one that comes before it, 'Black the Sun'. This is kind of an AU piece - I've borrowed elements of Season Five plot and character action (eg: Dawn, Joyce's illness), but not necessarily stayed true to the show's development of those arcs.

This might not be the one you're thinking of, because I'm not 100% sure there's angels involved, but A Raising in the Sun by Barb C, as well as the sequel, Necessary Evils, deal pretty heavily with maintaining the balance of good and evil.

The complete version of Sangga's fic is at the Better Buffy Fiction Archive. I don't think the EF version has the final chapters.

Thanks guys; it was the Sangaa fic I was thinking of. Funnily enough it was re-reading Daemons Luminati recently that made me think about this fic.
