I've read fics where Spike was rewarded and turned human but then gets turned back but I was wondering if their are any fics where he stays human?

Humanitis. You can find it on sinister-attraction. It takes place in season 3 I believe and it's very good.

The Special Two by Enchantress is also on sinister-attraction. It says that it's unfinished but she left it a good point in the story so I've always considered it to be finished.

My favourite story where Spike turns human (or sort of human) is "Chiaroscuro" by Miss Murchison. Its very well done and fun, even engrossing.
