Xander and Spike friendship and they start up a business called 'Phoenix Investigation'

I don't remember much of it, I only read it once and it was a long time ago I've been searching for it ever since. Its post chosen, spike is in Angel's office (not sure if he's a ghost or not) I remember Buffy and Xander coming to see him, maybe the other scoobys too, not sure; Xander and Spike form a friendship, and they start a detective agency, and name in Phoenix Investigation.
