I'm looking for a fic where Spike gets injured ( he may be a climber, he's an athlete of some sort) Buffy is his nurse/physical trainer who has to move in with him or go to his house to treat him. He's stubborn at first and refuses help

This one is good but i thought that he put a mattress outside...maybe im mixing stories up
