Buffy and Dawn move in after mom dies Spike is there neighbor

So I remember reading this fic forever ago and I dont know if it was finished or not but I remember it was like Buffy and Dawn move in and Spike is there neighbor. Buffy and Spike of course dont get along but Dawn really likes him and starts hanging out with him and Buffy hates it.
