In this fic, Buffy owns a garage. Spike comes from across the pond, loses his car to Buffy in a race. He ends up working for her. They race against Angel in a death match. Spike gets shot by Angel because he wins and Buffy drives off to start a new life until Spike comes back. She doesn't know he survived the gunshot

I would agree that it is probably Livin' life in the fastlane....I was going to post a link for you but I can't find it anywhere in english, just german (my english link is dead) does anyone know where it is in english?

just do a simple search for fast lane in "messages" in "found fics." It's a crossover with Fast and the Furious.
