Future Fic..Buffy is a vampire and there are multiple slayers

I read this a really long time ago. This is about all I can remember. Buffy and Spike were together I think and she was a vampire. There were multiple slayers in this world (more than just the two but I don't remember how there got to be so many.) I feel like this has to be a pretty unique story. Any help would be great!
