A Rose by Any Other Name by Kari Mouke.

Summary: Buffy dives off the tower and into the body of a newborn girl. She tries to get home for the next sixteen years to no avail. Something keeps her from contacting her loved ones. That is until Drusilla steps in to lend a fang. NC17.

Giles/Anya doesn't come in until toward the end but this is a great story regardless. All of her fics have been taken down so the easiest thing for you to do is email me with a request for this one and I'll send it to you in a word doc.

I am pretty sure the series by Ariel Dawn, "the Rest of Our Lives', has the Anya Giles element. They are at EF and rated NC17 so you'll need an account there, or alternatively check her account here and go to her webiste.

The AmnesiaVerse is the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, with a twist.
It's an alternate-universe series that takes off from the season 6 episode Tabula Rasa, in which the setup of the episode - a forgetting spell goes terribly wrong and makes everyone lose all their memories - never gets resolved. The jumbled-up identities and interrelationships established in Tabula Rasa go on and on indefinitely (or as long as I can string this out, whichever comes first).

Since no one else mentioned it, I'm going to. My Origins series eventually ends up with Spuffy and Ganya pairings, but the Ganya takes a bit to get there.
