I'm looking for some good ol' angst. Would prefer completed fics and my Spike bitey. Buffy can be just a girl or the slayer whatever. If it's a really good AH story then I might read it but there aren't may that I've read past the first few chapters. Nothing scares me off...

Well, of course the entire Bittersweets Series by Herself. But the one that had me weeping to the point that I had to pace my reading (and if you knew me you'd know how unusual that is for me, I just don't cry over fiction like that):

Where They Have to Take You In by Herself

Summary: "There are things everywhere that'll break your heart. Just break it." "Fortunately, you can live a big big life, even with a broken heart."

It's the final story in the Bittersweets Series. I recommend reading the other stories first but if you don't want to it can stand alone if you want. It's enormously long, wonderfully written and wrenching.
