I'm looking for a fic. I'll describe it as best I can.
Spike is in Buffy's room. I think he's either drunk or defenseless like he's injured or ill. Either she's sleeping in the bed and him on the floor, or the other way around. He has dreams and sleep-talks. He says things to her about loving her etc, she just listens. One night she gets in bed with him when he's sleep-talking and they end up having sleep-s*x (Buffy is awake and Spike is asleep or think's he's dreaming).
Spike leaves and moves to LA (or somewhere out of town?) then Buffy finds that she's pregnant. Joyce has been sending Spike care packages of food and he's been ringing her for advice on cooking etc (I want to say he's been turned human from vampire, but i'm not sure).
Spike and Oz become really good friends (he's also friends with Willow through Oz) and chat on the phone. Spike gets sick (flu or somehting) and Buffy goes to visit him. His fridge has magnets on the door that say "I love Buffy" or something similar. She, Willow and Oz nurse Spike back to health. Buffy and Spike start a relationship. She tells him she's pregnant with his child. Spike is happy - and Buffy spends most of her summer with him as she was going to be living with ehr dad in LA (?) anyway. |
