Buffy and Spike are sent back in time, Buffy has memory loss in the beginning

It's been a while since I read the story, but somehow Spike and Buffy is sent back in time by the Powers that Be (I think), to London 100-200 years ago. When they arrive Buffy has memory-loss and Spike convinces her they're married. Before she regains her memory, Spike falls in love with her. The two of them join forces with other vampires, who like living among humans - it seems to be the custom during that time. While in the past, Spike and Buffy live as aristocrats and I remember a scene at a mansion in the country, where a bunch of vampires (+ Spike and Buffy) have an "away-week", I think it is during that time Buffy regains her memory.
