I'm looking for a one shot where Dawn is dying of old age in a hospital with her kids and grandkids around her and then Spike comes in, looking like hell with really long hair. No one recognizes who he is and he's here to say goodbye to Dawn. After she dies, he goes to sit on Buffy's grave and wait for the sunrise because he kept his promise to protect Dawn. Can anyone held me find this please?
