19th century time travel w/both spike and buffy

Buffy and spike get sent back in time a few years after he was turned. Spike figures that while they wait their best cover is to be William and his new bride. They take up residence at William's home in london. Bufyy starts to have slayer dreams about Angleus and is perlixed by fear when they cross paths.
