Spike is married, Buffy is his mistress

I'm looking for another fic I read awhile back. All I remember is it being all human. Spike is married and Buffy is his mistress. I think she lives in a apartment or condo? I also think I remember her leaving him and she goes back home or something. But they get together in the end, of course! Hope someone can help me, thanks!
