Story where Whistler picked the wrong vampire(Angel) and he is now having to fix his mistake

I don't remember much of this story other then that Whistler picked the wrong vamp and that he had to fix it. Also one of the reason he picked the wrong one was because Spike and Angel where in the same city at the time.
