This is too nice... makes me think trouble will come very very soon... After all Angelus seems patient, but he has his limits too! Love the way Spike and Buffy are comfortable with each other, and I am sure Joyce won't be missing her husband! (maybe she can marry her new love once it's all over?!).

This reads like the calm before the storm, loved the way Buffy and Spike have bloomed into a natural playfulness in their moments and the way Joyce has declared her love. Thanks for the update.

Good way to end the chapter: reminding us all that any fluff is only a brief respite from the darkening cloud that is Angelus.

Just caught up with last two chapters. Poor Faith Angelus really did a number on her didn't he? Clem is wonderful. Very hot btwn Spike and Buffy. Loved it. I wonder how they will react to Craven's death? Ooh I cant wait for more!!!
Author's Response: HI Mag-rose, Clem gave me the impression on the show that he would be a wonderful friend and companion so I wrote him that way. I am glad you liked it. The smut was well overdue I think, sometime I just get stuck with the plot muse and I try my best to move on
