I'm an avid fan of Joss Whedon's shows Buffy, Angel, Firefly, and Dollhouse. I am also a Buffyverse roleplayer on MySpace. I'm really enjoying myself here. This is a great site to read tons of Spuffy fics and I'm really liking writing some of my own. I've got a few I'm actively working on and a few that will be coming when I finish what I am working on.
I'm so grateful that people like Father of Mine. I began writing it after I was inspired by Cissi's 'Everlasting Love'. Right now I'm working on Part 1, but I have ideas to make this a long one and add Parts 2 & 3. :D It's really turned into something for me & I hope it really means something to my readers too.
I mostly think about writing AU fics. I only have the one canon that I'm doing (The Truth of the Matter Is & sequel So It Seems). I mostly read AU too. I like to read fics with some magic too.
Another tidbit about me... I'm from the states (US ;) and I'm only 21 at the moment. Thought I'd share that.
***Update 5/29/09 - Well, Part 1 of FOM is completed. I've started working on my plans for Part 2 and writing Chapter 1. I took down Heart on the Table to edit it and change some stuff. It will be put back up once I figure out where I want to take it. I'm stuck at the end of Chapter 4 right now. I'm also working on Chapter 4 of So It Seems, the sequel to The Truth of the Matter Is. Keep reading and reviewing Father of Mine. It just hit 109 reviews! And its nearing 3000 hits! Yay! Thanks so much to everyone who's read & reviewed it already! =)

I really liked it. Good job! I could really feel the emotions. Had me crying like a baby just like when I saw the movie. When it came out that she had leukemia I wondered if they would get married though like in the movie. Guess not. Still, a very good fic.

I really like this story. I'm glad you updated it. I'm very interested in seeing where you take this too. I really hope that they get together, but I like that they're not together yet. The angst is well written and it definitely makes me want to read more to find out how they make amends. Oh, btw, if you need a beta I'd be glad to help you out with glancing over stuff before you post it, just to check for grammatical errors or whatever. Oh... I really like it. It's a really cool take on what could have happened after Spike died in Chosen. I like the idea of him going back, remembering everything from the past 6 years, and trying to make Buffy fall in love with him while Angel is still in the picture. Oh yay! Spike vs. Angel.
