High School Spuffy

Ok so yet again i am begging for some good snarky high school spuffy. something in the vein of closer and closer by dampernspoons(who i worship)

maybe something like a touch of jealousy by.. oh i forget i know i loved it and i really love this author bad gigi!!!!!

oh and making waves was awesome. i swear to god i am going to find angelic_amy and find out what they like and start sending them bribes to finish it!!!!

as you can see i've read a lot of them. and i like a certain kind. i like it for spike and buffy to not like eatch other then fall (expecaily if spike falls first or has been in love with her for forever. oh my god that just well uh.. slays me) i like them being thrust together and i like works that take time. i expect for gradual development not oh i love you so much by the third chapter. also it HAS to be well written. i'm way too picky. i know. but you guys love me anyways right? *bats eyes all sweet and coy like*

Glad you're having fun. At the risk of self-pimping, my fic is a high school fic although Buffy doesn't technically get to high school for a long long time even though she's high school age. It's not finished but I'm updating it. The Song Remains the Same. Now I'm all embarrassed. Shutting up now.

i like college fic. i think i like it more now that i'm IN college because sometimes i just burst out laughing because of the crazy stuff that NEVER happens in real college life. mainly because when i was younger i was SO sure thats how it was. so yes please college fic!!

Anyone have any more high school fics? I'm tacking this on to the old thread because I'm looking for the same kinds of recs- very well-written fics (though I don't have a preference for how their relationship plays out within), and preferably long ones or short, complete ones. Thank you!

The More Things Change is fantastic. It's by Flibble. It's not snarky, but sweet with a bit of angst. She has one with Buffy as the prof and Spike as the graduate student too, although that one is WIP. And a great short, Complicated Acquaintance, too!
