Buffy in coma

I am looking for a fic that I read recently where Buffy went to Spike's crypt to tell him she loved him but he had packed his things and moved out of town without telling her. Buffy went on patrol and got hurt because she didnt want to live without Spike and she ended up in a coma. Xander went to search for Spike and found him in a demon bar. Spike came back with Xander and eventually Buffy woke up and they ended up together.
